摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the comparative chemistry of infective virus particles and their functional activity. It also describes heterogeneity viruses. Study process replication in bacterial viruses has led to an increasing amount information indicating different physiological functions for various portions viral protein coat. There are five components shield: (1) sheath head, (2) a proximal portion tail, having possible contractile invasion, (3) possessing lytic activity cell walls, (4) distal serving as agent initial attachment host, (5) so-called core structure tail particle. A variety techniques exist isolation DNA The further analysis involves acid or enzymatic hydrolysis separation determination liberated nucleic components, either by chromatographic procedures specific reagents.
