摘要: Abstract Wide-bore hydrodynamic chromatography in a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) capillary (I.D. 0.7 mm, length 20 m) was used to determine the weight average diameter dw of colloidal particles. The method applied cadmium sulphide and gold sols range between 3 nm 27 nm. is based on radial distribution analyte due flow profile diffusion coefficient particles, which dependent their diameter. calculated from ratio heights convection peak peak. size-quantization effect small semiconductor particles made it possible visualise separation inside capillary. One important advantage very much reduced adsorption, often causes serious problems HPLC especially inorganic colloids. results wide-bore chromatography, size exclusion transmission electron microscopy were compared.
