摘要: Abstract The problem of finding part-machine families for cellular manufacturing using efficient machine duplication and part subcontracting strategies is described. An eigenvector approach developed to find which allows management facility designers control over the number cells, cell size performance criteria by generating a variety designs. important feature this modelling procedure that it us estimate how far generated or are from best optimal cells strategies, respectively. Numerical results presented several known examples in group technology literature.
