摘要: Abstract Silica-coated graphite flakes, which have electrical insulating property and high thermal conductivity, were synthesized by a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)-assisted sol–gel reaction. The critical role of keto-enol tautomerism PVP in base-catalyzed silica reaction was elucidated. degree coating on controlled the amount precursor, tetraethyl orthosilicate. silica-coated used as filler thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE). in-plane (Λ) through-plane (Λ⊥) conductivity values graphite/TPEE composites are 67.5% 86.6% those raw at 80 phr loading. Even after severe mixing process under shear elevated temperature, retain perfectly surface resistivity >1013 Ω/sq up to contents.
