摘要: Inorganic selenium species were determined in several parts of a freshwater fish the speciesTilapia nilotica found breeding disused tin-mining pools. The inorganic monazite-rich ores can enter human food chain through consumption fish. Se(IV) and Se(VI) preconcentrated by solvent extraction with APCDT-CHCl3 before irradiation TRIGA Mk.II reactor. Total separation was done using Chelex-100 chelating resin. Quantitative interpretations distribution are discussed particular reference to Se(IV)/Se(VI) ratio.
