摘要: Catalytic antibody, 4A1, catalyzes the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl alkyl carbonate. To determine amino acid residues related to catalytic activity we studied effect Tyr-, Trp-, and Lys-selective reagents on determined sequences around modified residues. We found that Tyr-selective reagent is most effective one modification Tyr residue results in complete loss activity. The identified be Tyr-32 CDR-1 L chain.
