摘要: Well developed coronary collateral arteries in patients with artery disease (CAD) mitigate myocardial infarcts less ventricular aneurysm formation and improved function, they reduce future cardiovascular events, improve survival. Myocardial infarct size is a product of occlusion time, area at risk for infarction the inverse supply. Collateral preventing ischemia during brief vascular are present 1/3 CAD. flow sufficient to prevent amounts ≥25% normal through open vessel. Among individuals without relevant stenoses, there preformed 20–25%.
