摘要: Both lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD-25) and the trypanocidal dyes ethidium bromide isometamidium methanesulfonate have been shown to affect genetic structures. The induction of chromosomal damage in peripheral lymphocytes by derivative LSD-25 has clearly demonstrated both vitro vivo experiments (Cohen, 1969). majority abnormalities apparently induced are simple chromatid isochromatid breaks, although several exchanges dicentric chromosomes observed (Irvin Egozcue, 1967; Cohen, Morinello Back, 1967). observation a specific interaction between DNA (Wagner, 1969; Yielding Sternglanz, 1968; Smythies Antun, 1969) suggests that may function material interacting directly with component chromosome.
