摘要: Abstract Each year, flash floods in India have affected life, infrastructure and the economy of country there is a need for systemic model real-time flood management. So, to mitigate these losses, we proposed management focused on reinforcement learning. Based their severity, data collected rewards are distributed this compared from smart IoT devices deployed region impacted by flood. We allocate state-based reward values once comparison completed. The evacuation water through contour carried out. This bypass has gates at different points that mean that, depending incentives, opened remove water. solution was evaluated be faster, more effective accurate method.
