摘要: Virtual communities where people with common interests and goals communicate, share resources, construct knowledge, are currently one of the fastest growing web environments. A misconception is to believe that a virtual community will be effective when technology present. Appropriate support for functioning online paramount. In this line, personalisation adaptation can play crucial role, as illustrated by recent user modelling approaches social web-groups. However, research has mainly focused on adapting needs individual members, opposed supporting function whole. In research, we argue tailored requires considering wholeness facilitating processes influence success knowledge sharing collaboration. We focusing closely knit operate in boundaries organisations or educational sector. Following organisational psychology, have identified several important team which applied examined facilitated analysing log data. Based above defined computational framework consists two major parts. The first deals extraction model represents whole second application order identify what adaptive needed when. The validation been done using real data advantages based changes happened after interventions combined feedback. With thesis contribute systems with: (a) novel holistic communities, (b) mechanism extracting maintaining semantic identified, (c) deployment problems provide community. also CSCW approach providing semantically enriched awareness area networks modeling change patterns closely-knit VC.
