摘要: Management of a fleet cars for hire (e.g. taxis) involves number issues that should be solved to provide high quality service the customers, while keeping drivers “happy”. In this paper we show how software agent system can used solve some them and, potentially, improve both customer and driver experience. We discuss design implementation illustrate (through simulation) application supports management facilitates better workload balance / pay.
