摘要: Abstract Near- and sub-Terahertz dynamics of soft Debye-type central modes was studied by the polarized Raman spectroscopy in ferroelectric BaTiO3/Ba0.3Sr0.7TiO3 (BT/BST) superlattice temperature range 80–400 K where system undergoes series phase transitions: paraelectric-tetragonal–monoclinic BT layers paraelectric-orthorhombic-monoclinic BST layers. It shown that evolution these can be described within model coexisted damped harmonic oscillator Debye relaxator. The occurrence pronounced mode explain recently observed relaxor-like dielectric anomaly such superlattice.
