摘要: Photoluminescence (PL), radioluminescence (RL), and thermoluminescence (TL) investigation of Y2O3:Bi nanophosphors prepared by solution combustion synthesis using urea, glycine, hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) as fuels was carried out. The as-prepared nanopowders have increasing crystallinity average crystallite sizes for HMT, respectively. Luminescence is composed two emission bands centered at 408 505 nm due to nonequivalent Bi3+ sites with symmetry S6 C2, occupancy these depends on the conditions, in agreement theoretical predictions. Annealing 1000 °C 1 h improves PL RL efficiency enhanced activation recombination centers (Bi3+ ions). No shift peak position observed a function size. concentration quenching experimentally determined maximum around 3 mol % dopant. TL spectra present several ...
