摘要: Recent studies have found values for animal-welfare, personal-health and the environment to be main factors motivating veg*n diets. However, are yet simultaneously compare these between Australian meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans, therefore, extent which they motivate groups. Further, while cognitive mechanisms (methods of reducing psychological discomfort eating meat holding such values) been facilitate intake, compared against in their ability predict consumption. In current study, meat-eaters reported lowest concern personal-health, environment. With exception vegans greatest factors. predicted consumption more strongly than values. These findings may implications improving outcomes public health
