摘要: Background and Aims: In this lab trial, the effect of scaffold based on human serum albumin (HSA) hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (HA NPs) mouse spermatogonial cell line (SCL) was investigated. Materials Methods: To synthesize HA NPs, calcium nitrate diammonium phosphate at pH 13 were gently added heated 100 oC for 24 hours. Then serial concentrations NPs separately to 500 mg/mL HSA, immediately placed in water bath. Then, all scaffolds cut, incubated with SCL 6h, 12h, 24h 37 oC. Finally, count read, homing cells examined by optical microscopy. Results: It found that quantity did not change increase concentration NPs. On other hand, increased incubation time led decrease count. Light microscopic observation cavities after showed cells. Conclusions: This promising must be more investigated vitro vivo, may suitable making artificial testis.
