摘要: During the past decade, it has been clearly demonstrated that adjuvant treatment potential of improving not only prognosis in terms local recurrence, but also overall survival. However, one largest improvements outcome rectal cancer introduction total mesorectal excision. TME, with its large decline recurrence rate, become new standard operative management for cancers, replacing conventional resection technique [68]. In addition, current clinical trials examining role therapy patients who are undergoing standardized operations now setting surgical care several countries.
