摘要: An investigation of Microcystis aeruginosa colony diameters in different water depths and locations was carried out monthly the protection zone source region Chaohu City from April to August,2011.The spatio-temporal distribution characteristics diameter were summarized using statistical analysis.The M.aeruginosa appeared between mid-April mid-May,there significant difference surface layer lower-middle layers on at both sampling sites S1 S2.Colonies with less than 200 μm distributed vertically homogeneously column,colonies 800 tended gather surface,and colonies greater apt aggregate bottom layer.The level outer site(S2) higher that inner site(S1) each month.Because easily affected by short-term meteorological condition,the variance didn't show conspicuously regular monthly.There no spatial shape,while it shifted gradually elongated seasons changing.The range indicated that,in theory,99.81% total can be filtered large bionic equipment for clearing cyanobacteria.
