摘要: This paper describes how road user charging is considered as a transport management tool for various urban areas worldwide. However, rural or protected might also be affected by such policies. focuses on the implications of proposed scheme in an area Peak District National Park UK. By applying both qualitative and quantitative methods it highlights importance issues acceptability, funding timing implementation scheme, well obvious differences compared with similar schemes areas.
