摘要: Fusarium semitectum is a widespread species often isolated from plants with complex disease and also known to be toxigenic. Twenty-seven isolates of F. obtained wilted Medicago sativa grown in northern Italy were analysed by Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphisms (AFLP). The divided two distinct clusters, coded A B. Investigations carried out on morphology, pathogenicity alfalfa seedlings toxin production 18 representative the AFLP clusters. Isolates cluster showed fast growth pale peach colour colonies potato-dextrose-agar, whereas those B slow orange pigmentation, changing brown age. 5-septate macro-conidia was higher frequency classes conidia septation statistically different between All pathogenic alfalfa, mostly non-pathogenic. mycotoxigenic profiles clusters similar within same cluster: produced zearalenone, alone or together diacetoxyscirpenol, deoxyfusapyrone. results that there good correspondence clustering distinction into groups based toxin-production.
