摘要: Apparatus and methods for charge collection control in radiation detectors are provided. One detector includes a semiconductor substrate, at least one cathode on surface of the plurality anodes substrate opposite cathode, wherein have gaps therebetween. The further arrangement configured to cause or more charges induced within by incident photons drift towards anodes.
