摘要: Aims. We study the polarization of SiO maser emission in a representative sample evolved stars order to derive an estimate strength magnetic field, and thus determine influence this field on stars. Methods. made simultaneous spectroscopic measurements 4 Stokes parameters, from which we derived circular linear levels. The observations were with IF polarimeter installed at IRAM 30 m telescope. Results. A discussion existing models is developed light our observations. Under Zeeman splitting hypothesis, field. averaged varies between 0 20 Gauss, mean value 3.5 follows 1/r law throughout circumstellar envelope. As consequence, may play role shaping, or perhaps collimating, agent envelopes objects.
