Competitive immunoassay using spectral sensitizer label

摘要: Method for immunological analysis of a trace component(s) by labelling an antigen or antibody with marker comprising causing immune reaction using labelled spectral sensitizer as marker, separating the from resulting antigen-antibody product, then bringing either and product into contact silver halide, exposing system to light having wavelength which absorbs, developing thus exposed halide measuring density. Trace components can be photochemically detected amount present quantitatively determined. The method provides high reproducibility sensitivity comparable radioimmunoassay but without any risk radiation exposure.
