摘要: An electrophoresis separation and detection apparatus for separating detecting fluorophore-labeled samples by electrophoresis, which comprises a migrating means of the labeled with two or more kinds fluorophore labels, respectively; an irradiating casts exciting lights having different wavelengths on plurality positions in all lanes extensions substantially at same time; detects separated are casted, wherein each label is composed substance excitation excited light emission emits owing to energy transfer from excitation; substances used as emission; distinguishing labels one another basis difference combination those emission.
