摘要: An organic integrated device for thin film transistor and light emitting diode. The of the present invention includes a top-gate (top-gate OTFT) an diode (OLED), both formed on same substrate. In device, some layers can be commonly used by OTFT OLED, made material in course, which simplifies entire process.
