摘要: A METHOD OF PRODUCING HIGH YIELD PULP BY IMPREGNATING WOOD CHIPS OR OTHER LIGNOCELLULOSE CONTAINING MATERIAL WITH SOLUTION SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSISTING ALKALINE HYDROXIDES AND CARBONATES, AT TEMPERATURE BELOW 100*C. IMPREGNATED ARE COOKED IN DIGESTER AN ATMOSPHERE SATURATED STEAM EXCEEDING UNDER CORRESPONDING SUPERATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY INTRODUCING SULFUR DIOXIDE INTO FOR PERIOD TIME RANGING 1-20 MINUTES SUFFICIENT QUANTITY TO REACT BASE CONTAINED FORM ALKALI SULFITE COMPOUND. THUS DIGESTED THEN DEFIBRATED SUBSTANTIALLY SAME PRESSURE CONDITIONS PREVAILING COOKER. PREFERRED IMPREGNATION IS 30-40*C. COOKING 160-180*C.
