摘要: A single stage offline power supply for LED lighting applications, based on the integration of a buck PFC and tapped DC/DC converter, is presented in this paper. Besides high step-down capability output current regulation, proposed topology effectively provides factor correction, so as to comply with harmonic injection energy saving standards EN 61000-3-2 Energy Star. The low BUS voltage level, resulting from use an input stage, actually allows film technology capacitors, instead short lifetime electrolytic filter reduce ripple component at twice line frequency. Thanks reliability, simple structure, good side spectral performance count, results be very suitable medium solid state case down-lighting. issues related operation solution its design optimization will carefully discussed. prototype AC/DC converter has been built tested. main experimental described.
