摘要: While being physically active bestows many health benefits on individuals with type 1 diabetes, their overall blood glucose control is not enhanced without an effective balance of insulin dosing and food intake to maintain euglycemia before, during, after exercise all types. At present, a number technological advances are already available users who desire be optimal control, although limitations those devices remain. In addition continued improvements existing technologies introduction new ones, finding ways integrate the data optimize performance during following will likely involve development “smart” calculators, closed-loop systems that able use additional inputs learn, social aspects allow meet needs users.
