摘要: We show that the long-time behavior of stationary incompressible flow in R3, which is close to a planar one, under broad generic assumptions, is, sense, stochastic. This stochasticity result instability corresponding near saddle points stream function. The stochastic process describes evolution slow component motion calculated.
