摘要: Abstract Saxena and coworkers have reported heat-transfer coefficient values for magnetofluidized beds using electrically heated probes. Here, a two-dimensional model is employed to investigate the influence of significant design features on measured parameters. Numerical calculations reveal that thermal conductivity probe material has an insignificant contribution but end caps relative sizes locations heater appreciably rates through end-conduction.
