摘要: Sperm DNA fragmentation (sDF) has been proved to be an important parameter in order predict vitro the potential fertility of a semen sample. Colloid centrifugation could suitable technique select those donkey sperm more resistant after thawing. Previous studies have shown that elucidate latent damage molecule, sDF should assessed dynamically, where rate between treatments indicates how is iatrogenic damage. The calculated using slope linear regression equation. However, it not studied if dynamics fit this model. objectives study were evaluate effect different after-thawing protocols on and most accurate mathematical model (linear regression, exponential or polynomial) for over time frozen-thawed semen. After submitting post-thaw samples no (UDC), washing (SW) single layer (SLC) protocols, values 6 h incubation significantly lower SLC than SW UDC. Coefficient determination (R2) higher second polynomial exponential. highest acceleration (aSDF) obtained SW, followed by thawing seems preserve longer longevity comparison UDC SW. Moreover, fine-tuning models model, which implies constant must taken into account hidden molecule.
