摘要: Abstract The curability of an acrylic-based photo-polymer used in building rapid prototypes has been studied. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was to monitor the degree curing after laser scanning. Rapid formed using Stereolithography (SL) method have undergo post-curing for increasing their strength and rigidity. This study attempts reduce, if not eliminate, post-cure distortion by characterising behaviours. characteristics at micro-level were studied Raman spectrum analysis. Specimens single lines created a SL machine. spectroscopy quantify percentage different areas on cross-section these lines. Curing percentages before also obtained from experiments difference post gives indication distortions faced. It found that uncured partially cured resins trapped within resulted in-homogeneity specimens, causing shrinkage distortion.
