摘要: Abstract Environmental and social injustices in the extractive sector Kwale County are rampant there limited citizen participatory mechanisms to address enhance dialogue among stakeholders. Community exclusion from corporate governance has perpetuated environmental injustice causing mistrust conflicts between communities investors mining areas. This study aimed evaluate a digital mapping platform as tool for community engagement. A approach was used where selected stakeholders were trained use then participated study. Mobile phone applications Poi mapper data collection management generate quantitatively analyse stakeholder responses which instantly transmitted computer server. Digital is interactive, elicited effective interactions supported participation enforce accountability.
