Channel Efficiency with Security Enhancement for Remote Condition Monitoring of Multi Machine System Using Hybrid Huffman Coding

摘要: This paper presents a novel scheme of remote condition monitoring multi machine system where secured and coded data induction with different parameters is communicated between state-of-the-art dedicated hardware Units (DHU) installed at the terminal centralized PC based management (MDM) software. The DHUs are built for acquisition from respective machines, hence placed their nearby panels in order to acquire cost effectively during running condition. MDM software collects these through communication channel all networked using RS485 protocol. Before transmitting, parameter’s related modified adoption differential pulse modulation (DPCM) Huffman coding technique. It further encrypted private key keys used DHUs. In this way security adopted its passage avoid any third party attack into channel. hybrid mode DPCM chosen reduce packet length. A MATLAB simulation practical implementation three terminals (one healthy phase, one single phase faulty machine) proves efficacy usefulness maintenance system. central control room decrypted decoded work it observed that Chanel efficiency respect parameter measurements has been increased very much.
