摘要: Citric acid production by immobilized of Aspergillus niger in a fluidized bed reactor was performed, evaluating the productivity and stability process when pulsing device used. The application flow to feed nitrogen limited allow control bioparticles morphology avoiding compactation. When operated at optimum pulsation frequency (0.3 s−1) bioreactor maintained for more than 30 days, increasing citric 52.2%.
