摘要: The aim of the present paper is to study relation between vasopressin antagonism and regulation intraocular pressure (IOP). From studies on effect several receptor antagonists, VP-343, OPC-21268, YM087, OPC-31260 SR121463, normal IOP VP-343 pupil diameter in rabbit, it was shown that some antagonists decreased had no influence diameter. A mapping cynomolgus monkey eye revealed a high density binding site for [H3]vasopressin V1 antagonist region iris. These findings suggest should decrease without miosis receptors are
