摘要: Phosphorus (P) efficiency (PE), which comprises phosphorus uptake (PupE) and utilization (PutE), is considered as one of the most important factors for crop yield. In present study, 11 seedling traits 13 maturity related to wheat PE morphology were investigated using a set recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from cross “TN 18 × LM 6”, under hydroponic culture trials field at low P (LP) normal (NP) levels in two different years, respectively. The LP input reduced biomass, yield PupE traits, but increased PutE traits. A total 163 QTLs their AV, 15 relative detected on 21 chromosomes. Of these, 49 63 specially NP treatments, We found relatively high-frequency (RHF-QTLs) four QTL clusters, may be potential targets marker-assisted selection (MAS) breeding programs PE. Favorable relationships allow possibility improving morphological simultaneously. 29 markers associated with 51 highly homologous EST sequences, suggested that they functional loci. biomass (SDW, RDW, TDW RSDW), five (SN, PH, TGW, GWP StWP) (Rstwp Rgwp) can primary indexes evaluation are easy identify large-scale.
