摘要: Cancer is a major threat to public health and still one of the leading causes death worldwide. biomarkers are extremely important in process early detection cancer, diagnosis, judgment curative effect prognosis. They also play an role mechanistic research into carcinogenesis. Detection methods based on cancer for determination can directly affect diagnosis treatment. Therefore, development highly sensitive selective approaches critical. Micro- nanoparticles clinical biomarkers. In this review, we provide overview commonly used biomarkers, such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, chemiluminescence, electrochemiluminescence, well their technical characteristics. Additionally, various applications recent advances microparticles reviewed.
