摘要: In using laser laparoscopy for the treatment of endometriosis, protecting patients from inadvertent injury to pelvic structures adjacent diseased tissue has been a major concern. many cases, because this risk, surgeons have stopped short effecting thorough endometrial implants on bowel, bladder, ureters, or great vessels. large series patients, we used hydrodissection successfully with few complications. We believe that technique is safe and efficient method, permitting more endometriosis otherwise might be deemed untreatable by laparoscopy.
