摘要: Abstract In this paper, we present a facile approach to reduce, exfoliate, and tear graphene oxide (GO) sheets, which can be used produce quantum dots. The prepared GO sheets were easily exfoliated teared under UV microwave (MW) irradiation in the presence of TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs). Results show that reduced/fragments by MW depending on power. We found that; are partially reduced with power 90 W crushed nanosheets increasing up 450 W. addition, photoluminescence peak is broadened, confirming decrease size sheets. optical bandgap was measured about 3 eV agreement results tight-binding calculation. HR-TEM 20 nm, while X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy shows bond formation between residual NPs nanosheets.
