摘要: Broncho-biliary fistula (BBF) is a rare but severe disorder defined as abnormal communication between the biliary system and bronchial tree. Cases of BBF have occasionally been reported, no standard treatment has established. We report two cases that developed after hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) reviewed relevant literature. Case 1, man in his early eighties was diagnosed with 4 months undergoing surgical resection for HCC (diameter, 7 cm; location, segments 5). Percutaneous drainage endoscopic nasobiliary (ENBD) improved without recurrence more than year. 2, woman her late sixties percutaneous radiofrequency ablation HCC. Although treated ENBD, occlusion, transhepatic portal vein embolization, these treatments were unsuccessful patient died. non-invasive developed, refractory still exists. The prediction development effective are necessary to improve outcomes.
