摘要: Helical computed tomographic (CT) angiography was performed in 16 dogs with known or suspected portosystemic shunts. Fifteen shunts were detected including five single intrahepatic shunts, extrahepatic and multiple One dog had a normal CT examination. All diagnoses confirmed by one several alternate methods ultrasound, surgery, necropsy, angiography, liver biopsy. the origin of 13 15 insertion Limitations included inability to resolve two vessels originating very close each other, identification that traveled parallel axial image plane. is promising, minimally invasive method diagnosing variety dogs.
