摘要: Exhibiting rich magnetic behaviour and potentially multiferroic properties, the dugganites, a Te6+ containing subgroup of langasite series, are an attractive family compounds for future study. It was recently shown that Pb-bearing members dugganite series undergo distortions away from P321 symmetry is characteristic langasites. Here, we detail consequences these have on magnetism exhibited by Pb3TeCo3V2O14 Pb3TeCo3P2O14, solving structures both with respect to new supercell. Using neutron scattering susceptibility measurements, show small applied fields can seriously perturb delicate states in systems. This further demonstrated presenting how doping P5+ onto nonmagnetic V5+ site completely changes structure either end members. Finally, it using inelastic measurements be characterized model isosceles trimers, which do not exist previously reported subcell.
