摘要: Crushed rock materials had been utilized extensively upon embankments, termed as crushed embankment (CRE), along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway in permafrost regions. Based on a long-term monitoring system railway, thermal stability and deformation characteristics mechanisms of CRE were analyzed by field datasets from 2005 to 2009. The analyses indicated that tables beneath all upwards movements but varying degrees. For U-shaped (UCRE), underlying kept well; with table moving upwards, shallow ground temperatures decreased obviously while deep almost constant. revetment (CCRE), cooling effect was effective cold But warm regions, no obvious trend slight warming trend. CREs experienced frost heave regions mean annual temperature (MAGT) -1.5 °C. magnitudes both settlement not significant. Since better permafrost, it inferred mainly originated compression ice-rich layer near table.
