Effects of pH on the crystallographic structure and magnetic properties of electrodeposited cobalt nanowires

摘要: Abstract Anodic aluminum oxide templates with pore diameter of 40 nm and inter separation 100 nm are prepared by two step anodization in 0.3 M oxalic acid solution. These used to fabricate dc-deposited Co nanowires at different pH values acidic bath. Continuous densely packed having length ~8 µm observed. The hcp configuration appeared moderate high whereas both fcc phases observed low pH. However the crystallinity distorted due formation polycrystalline structure cobalt nanowires.
