摘要: Abstract Deformation properties of lightweight coarse grained material from recycled foamed glass have been determined large-scale triaxial tests on prismatic specimens with dimensions 40 cm × 40 cm × 80 cm. Deformations were measured locally using vertical and horizontal local deformation transducers. Monotonic cyclic loading at small to medium strain range conducted. Three load sequences representing the expected conditions use as vibration-reducing in railway geotechnics used. Results indicate strong effect brittle cellular structure tested well confining pressure dependency elastic threshold shear damping ratio. The results used assess applicability empirical formulas for modulus granular materials glass. parameters laboratory further numerical analysis dynamic response. simulations show that replacement fill track embankment by could improve response reducing vibration.
