摘要: Most chromosomes of cleaving mouse embryos formed spherical structures called as prenucleolar bodies. Embryos stained with fluorescing dyes selective for AT-rich regions DNA indicated that chromosome centromeres were organized by bodies and at pre-prophase the cleavage division started to condense their centromere aligned towards peripheries spheres. Embryo well shown bind a monoclonal antibody spliceosomal snRNAs, which are contrasted nucleoli or somatic cells. More than 10 found in pronuclei earliest stage after fertilization 40 them most, diploid number mouse, nuclei 2-cell embryos. The was decreased later cell cycles 4-cell stage. Hence, every is highly active constructing behaves during interphase until mitosis unit body; either single member units fused. In other words, function centers orienting chromosome-chromosome configuration fertilized eggs.
