摘要: Abstract Structural ceramic composite plays an important role in industrial production and safety assurance, whose failure always accompanied by catastrophic consequences. Now, we present a TiB2–B4C with interesting mechanical properties reinforced the nano-amorphous B–C–N compound. In-situ reactive sintering spark plasma (SPS) were selected as preparation technology. Meanwhile, AlN provided nitrogen source induced formation of phase. We found that compound mainly concentrated lamellar grains second-phase particles among matrix grains, which significantly improve flexural strength fracture toughness. Finally, mechanism structure was illustrated schematic diagram.
