摘要: Abstract The effects of h/s (tip gap height-to-span ratio) on heat/mass transfer the bottom surface a full coverage (FC) winglet, which is installed plane (flat) tip, have been investigated by employing naphthalene sublimation technique along with oil film flow visualizations. In this study, tip widely changed to be h/s = 0.68%, 1.02%, 1.36%, 1.70% and 2.04% for winglet width-to-pitch ratio w/p = 10.55%. From present measurements, several high rate regions are identified surface, various phenomena in these discussed detail. For relatively even outside regions. On contrary, h/s = 2.04%, there exist low particular, very observed downstream half pressure-side surface. As increases, averaged decreases consistently almost linear proportion h/s.
