摘要: Discriminant analysis of quantifiable optic nerve, nerve fiber layer, and visual field measurements were used to assign eye normal or glaucomatous groups. A database 185 glaucoma patient with early loss 54 controls was develop test the discriminant function. Parameters that discriminated best between relative layer height mean defect. Cup-disc ratio, an estimate structure most commonly by practitioners, weakest structural parameters discriminate glaucoma. The combination functional performed better than alone. When function applied a group 124 age-matched ocular hypertensives, 20% assigned group. increases precision in identification damage, provides probability damage is present, may help identify those hypertensives who actually have damage.
