摘要: We used the photoexcited TiO2 films to initiate copolymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene with pyrrole, aiming develop an organic/inorganic heterojunction. Specular reflection infrared spectroscopy analysis was monitor process polymerization and indicated that copolymers directly grew on substrate. Dissecting ultraviolet photoelectron revealed evolution valence-band electronic structures. Moreover, resulting copolymer/TiO2 heterojunctions were investigated using electrochemical impedence X-ray spectroscopy. The Al/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-co-pyrrole)/TiO2/ITO heterojunction device prepared from hybrid film exhibited a conspicuous rectification. also explored respect conduction models.
